You might have noticed that I was absent from social media yesterday from 10 p.m. I know I’m too much on my social media and now that I have extended my media platform for ‘my life as Elizabeth’ it gets even more addictive. I’ve added twitter and instagram but I need to find a balance and stop myself before it takes over my life.

That’s why I’m participating in a two week challenge to put away my phone from 10 p.m till I wake up. This will help me sleep better since the light from the screen actually makes you more awake. And I will have a deadline on when things have to be done. I see this as a massive challenge since I also have a full time job where I am most hours of the day. But hopefully it will give me a sense of balance.

Are you up for the challenge? Till the 1st of April I will challenge myself and hopefully it will automatically stay in my system.

I had so many ideas for what I could write next. I the bathroom whilst brushing my teeth I came up with several ideas but I promise you I have the short-time memory of Dory. There are so many times I have to take ten steps back to figure out what was on my mind. Maybe because I have too much on my mind?

I must say it’s getting quite a challenge to mix something up on the keyboard. But somehow my fingers tip away and I always manage to click publish. When I do sit down to write a few words, I find myself scrolling down we heart it at the same time, and maybe taking one too many breaks on YouTube. On another note, I can’t believe I’ve almost hit 200 followers!! Argh, what?! So many people actually read my stuff..? Usually I just look at the pictures. I’ve been on WordPress approximately 3 years now, with the occasional one week, or month, break. But I find my way back to the writing block because I do like to have my words published. Even though it’s sometimes just clutter, I’m able to empty my mind.

Recently I’ve started a new project, trying to expand my creativity and challenge myself. After buying way to much fabric cos I’m still new to this area, I have slowly begun. What I have learned, especially when I don’t master the craft perfectly yet, it is extra important to divide your time on the project. Do not to rush yourself and try not to do everything at once. Even though you wish you could see the result right away. When you then do spend time on your new project, it will probably be a few hours and you won’t give up when things go wrong. Just don’t go too long without doing anything. Because then it will probably be set aside and after many years and a spring cleaning you will find it in the trash.

Legs & butt cardio blast

Legs & butt cardio blast

So, Yeah, I finally finished my workout for today. I can’t believe I always wait till the evening even though I can have all day. Anyway, it’s done and now the only thing waiting for me is a shower, and dinner.

I kinda felt like a disappointment yesterday when I couldn’t finish the POP HIIT 1 from blogilates very own Cassy Ho. But I didn’t feel defeated, instead I picked myself up today and did my own little routine. I thought it would be better to start off With reps and sets I could finish then to put too much work on myself.

So today’s workout contained a full cardio blast focusing on legs and butt.
Remember to warm up!

– Burpees 10×3
– Box jumps 10×3
– Squat throw 10×3
– Split squat jumps 10×3 (each leg)
– Single leg bridge 10×3 (each leg)
– Sideway leg lift 10×3 (each leg)
– Wall sit 1 minute!

You do 10 repetitions – 3 times. And if you ain’t sweating at the 2nd set you’re doing something wrong cause this workout is going to get Your heart rate up and going.

Good luck, you can do this!!
