The last pieces of summer

Our colorful terrace is finally done now that the winter is coming. Well, not quite yet but there isn’t much time left to enjoy our outdoor area. But I don’t mind, it was beautiful while it lasted. Spring will come again and I have learned much through this season of gardening.

We were so lucky to get a set of garden furniture from a family member which saved us a tone of money. And with a solar lamp having from the celling and a lighted candle the atmosphere gets even more cozier.

But I know I’ll enjoy this place even when it gets colder. A blanket and a hot cup of coco is all I need.

Shades of Grey

It’s been two days since my fiasco with the car and it’s not going a 100% yet so I will take it to the repair shop tomorrow. Hopefully I will get home safely today. Nothing really exciting happening when you’re not going to work but I did finish filming another video which will go live on Monday at 12 p.m.

For the rest of day I’m going to relax, eat good food and enjoy the moment.

Lunch recipe

While I’m spending my days sleeping, working out and eating I’ve had enough time to try out new recipes and also eating three day leftovers. Anyway, what I wanted was to share this easy but so delicious lunch recipe.

Lunch-Break

What you will need:

♥ 2 eggs ♥ Salt, pepper and chicken seasoning ♥ 1 tomato ♥ 1 onion ♥ 1 feed garlic ♥ Grated cheese

1. Whip the eggs together & add a bit of water or milk  2. Spice with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning 3. Warm a pan and add the cut onion and garlic 4. After a few minutes add the eggs and tomato at once 5. Finish with some grated cheese on top and let the omelet roast on a low heat.

You can eat the omelet alone or with some bread which I have done with heated mini baguettes with garlic butter.

Shhh.. the secret is chicken seasoning
