Follow me on We heart it
This time last week we were at the airport about to go trough security. I looked back the last week and thought about what I did exactly a week ago. It’s weird how time flies by before your eyes, and the next second you blink everything has changed. We try to enjoy the moment, but somehow time doesn’t want us to and it runs through our fingers.
Last Tuesday we had a great sightseeing day in London. We slept in, had breakfast and then around noon we went for a walk through Hyde park, as per usual. At the end we took a taxi to London Eye. We exchanged our tickets and waited a while before we went on the 30 minute ride. There was a lot of wind that day but still such a beautiful day. The sun was shinning and we got to see all of London from above.
The fairies wheel went slow, enough time to enjoy the view and take lots of pictures. I actually wanted to wait till the sun was setting, but we went on a little bit too early, but it was still so pretty.
I thought I’d leave this Monday morning with a little pink inspiration. I’ve been loving we heart it lately, as you may have noticed from my previous posts.
Go follow me: We heart it!
Now I just have to re-touch my make-up and then I’m off to work. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a great start of the new week!
I always say that every new day is a new beginning. A clean slate. A plank piece of white paper waiting to be filled with todays achievements and goals. So today my clean, white slate will be filled with laughter and smiles to the world. With love and commitment towards my job. I will make the best out of today because today is all I have.
I made a little promise to myself yesterday when I started writing again that I would try to post 1 blog post a day. So far so good. I forgot how much fun it is just to take out the camera and take some snapshots.
Or browse on we heart it just to get the perfect collage. Didn’t know which theme I should go for, but since everything is so grey and white now a days I thought it would be great to have some color refill.
Now I’m going to start checking of my ‘to-do list’. Since I always write down more than the days has hours I will get on with it.
♥ 3 feeds of garlic
♥ 2 eggs + 1 dl milk
♥ 1 tomato
♥ Hand full of spinach
♥ 2 pieces of bread w/cream cheese
♥ Salt & pepper
1. Heat up your frying pan and add olive oil. Let it get warm and then add your sliced up garlic.
2. Mix the eggs with milk, add spices and the fried garlic.
3. Slice the tomato into rings and fry for a couple of minutes, on low heat. Add half the spinach and continue having it on a low heat for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the egg mixture into the pan and let everything fry on a low heat till the omelet is done.
5. Eat with a side of spinach and bread.
The day started off after finally sleeping in till half past ten. After a nice breakfast set at the table my day went on a bit slower then everyone else. I was so tired and we didn’t make our way out before noon. The day went to Alpsee where king Ludwig II had his castles. A total tourist attraction, something I hate, but I got the chance to test out my new lens for my camera and we had a nice meal.
