Today was a very chill day and I tried to enjoy it as much as I could before going back to work tomorrow. Luckily I only have to work 6 hours tomorrow and the upcoming week I have a lot of short shifts. I finished my usual Sunday cleaning, finally worked out again and I ate, a lot.
Since my internet is laging a lot right now I will cut it short and say good night. Sleep tight.
I’m finally sitting down after cleaning the apartment, making dinner and doing the dishes. Right now I’m watching ‘Valentines Day’ on mute in the background. But I just wanted to stop by and write a few notes. Today is also mothers day here which means a lot of flowers, cakes and presents for all.
I’m gonna go and spend the rest of the day with my valentine. I hope you have a wonderful day wherever you are!
Ok, so it’s the morning again. I said I would post several times yesterday and somehow my feet only found their way to the couch and then my bed between 10 & 11 o’clock. I can’t remember when I fell into bed, barely changing into my pjs. I was so tired, so exhausted. I didn’t even know it. I think this is the first time I’m actually sitting down and just breathing. Listening to the silence around me. And some footsteps in the distance. Today will hopefully be a nice and calm day, where I can check of some things on my o so famous ‘to-do’ list. That list will never end but on the agenda today are only some small things I have to do.
The best part of any day is the morning. Especially when it’s the weekend and you have all the time in the world. I took some extra time making today’s breakfast, and couldn’t help myself but to take some feel-good pictures. There is nothing better then the smell of fresh pressed coffee, having some long lost me-time.
Both my cat and I are located perfectly on the couch. Even though it looks like she can relax better then myself. My goal today is that I will try to take this day one minute at a time, because there is no hurry to rush. It is Sunday, and I think the last the of the week should be held close with comfort before we arise into a new week.
Oh, sweet Sunday. How much I love you but when evening comes we have to part and wait a whole 7 days to see each other again.. Soon work is calling again but before that I wanted to share a easy and so so good snack with you.
All you need is:
♥ 1-2 Apples ♥ Cinnamon ♥ Brown sugar
1. Warm a pan and slice the apples into boats. 2. Warm till they are golden brown and add as much cinnamon and brown sugar as you’d like. 3. Eat them alone or with yogurt – Enjoy!

I’ve totally just spend the whole day on my couch. The last several hours I’ve been watching Modern family, Awkward and America’s next top model. A lot of episodes I had to catch up on but it’s just perfect for lazy Sundays. Right now I’m just enjoying some ginger bread and a cappuccino.
I always feel some sort of guilt when I spend Sunday on the couch doing nothing, like absolutely nothing. It’s hard to shut off your brain and allow yourself one day, just one freaking day to yourself.
I have a list of things I should do if I would find the motivation but there is none. The list goes on from blogpost to video making and cleaning the apartment. But you know what, I only get one of these days once in a while. I’ve worked 5 days, my shoulder is in pain after this weeks customers so I think I need to allow myself a break. My list can wait and even though I havn’t stept a foot outside, I’m content on my couch. I’m going to stop feeling sad and sorry for myself because it’s not getting me anywhere. I’m going enjoy today till tomorrow comes and a new work week is on.
Perfect way to start Sunday afternoon. Bowl of fruit, coffee and the most amazing yoghurt, literally felt like a taste sent from heaven.
Now some workout plans are due. Today I’ll do a killer butt & thigh workout at home.
Unfortantly this was my last full day in Germany. Even though we’re leaving late tomorrow I know the day is going to go to packing and travelling. I’ve already started my pre-packing and note to myself, “do not buy too much on holiday. You’re suitcase isn’t getting any bigger and neither is your purse, so save yourself the troubles and do not shop so much”. Now that, that is said and I will hopefully remember it till next time I want to tell you about my day.
It started off by sleeping in and having a nice and relaxed morning. At noon my mum and I went out with the car cause we wanted to see the last of Germany so we first went to the “Ammer” and then up “Hoher Peissenberg” where we had ice cafe. The evening went to spending some last-minute family time.
If you know me or have talked to me the last days you know I’ve been sick again. I think this time it was because I was at an outdoor consent last Friday and it was raining, I got wet and cold and a result from that I got a cold. Anyway, thought I’d do a little workout today cause it’s been a while now and I miss working out. So now it’s time to see how good, or bad, my shape has gotten over the last week.
